InfoVista Adjusts Q2 Earnings Objectives Upwards

Improved Top-line and Bottom-line Objectives

Paris, France, Herndon, VA – December 11, 2007 – InfoVista (Euronext IFV – FR0004031649), the leading service-centric performance management software vendor, today announced that it is raising its top- and bottom-line objectives for the second quarter of its fiscal year 07/08, ending December 31, 2007. Total revenues objectives are now in a range of €10.3 to €10.8 million, with positive operating income, as compared to the previous objective, communicated at the end of October, of €9.8 to €10.3 million in total revenues and a negative quarterly operating result.

Alain Tingaud, Chairman and CEO, commented: “InfoVista’s Transformation and Execution Plan is in motion and I am pleased to be in a position to upgrade our top- and bottom-line objective for this quarter despite the strong decline of the US dollar against the Euro, which inevitably affects our performance. These new objectives also do not take into account any contributions from Accellent that we just acquired. Achieving these new objectives will undoubtedly demonstrate that InfoVista’s plan to achieve growth is in progress with profitability achieved sooner than anticipated.”

InfoVista will hold a SFAF meeting on December 13 in Paris at the Centre de Conference du Palais de la Bourse, Palais Brongniart. To register for this meeting, please RSVP to [email protected]
