In addition to supporting their current range of retail and enterprise services Focus Spirit will also use the DIGITALK MSP to launch a range of new and innovative products in the Malaysian market, including Web Calling Card, Prepaid Calling Card, and Broadband Telephony.
The DIGITALK Multiservice Platform technology will operate on a hybrid of NGN VoIP and TDM infrastructures, allowing Focus Spirit to take advantage of the migration to IP services in the Malaysian market.

The new services include the DIGITALK Web Calling solution that allows users to make calls using a prepaid PIN via a web page. It will also enable convergent Broadband Telephony services that give the account user the choice to make calls over broadband, traditional and mobile networks as they require.
