The Chinese company HK Wusejie, based in Shenzhen, specialized in decorative craft pieces in carved and/or painted wood, is pleased to announce the success of its listing on the Marché Libre of NYSE-Euronext Paris on March 19, 2010.
HK WUSEJIE’s registration and first listing on the Marché Libre of NYSE-Euronext Paris was realized under a direct quotation procedure exclusively reserved to qualified investors, at the share price of € 0.33. About 50,000 shares have been traded during the first two days of quotation.
HK WUSEJIE’s 30,000,000 existing shares are listed on the Marché Libre and are traded through a daily call auction held at 3.00 pm, under the ISIN code HK0000061074 and the Mnemonic code MLHKW. The market capitalization reaches € 9.9 million.
HK Wusejie’s listing on the Marché Libre of NYSE-Euronext Paris will reinforce the group’s presence in China and enhance its reputation which in turn will help it capture the European and more specifically the French markets.
