Today THEOLIA filed with the Autorité des marches financiers (AMF) its annual financial report for the year ended December 31, 2009, notably including:
– the Management report of the Board of Directors,
– the consolidated financial statements and the financial statement of the parent-company,
– the Chairman of the Board of Directors’ report on internal auditing, and
– the information related to the statutory auditors’ fees.
These documents are available in French and in English on the Company’s website www.theolia.com, in the section “Investors – Regulated information”.
