COLUMBUS, Ohio, April 23, 2010 – American Electric Power (NYSE: AEP) will provide a live webcast of its annual meeting of shareholders Tuesday, April 27, beginning at 9:30 a.m. EDT. The meeting will be held in Frankfort, Ky.
