ADP Enhances Workscape Compensation Planner With Addition of Peer Statistics – New Functionality Helps Organizations Manage Pay Equity Across the Workforce

Controlling pay equity has become increasingly important, especially with the passage of the Lilly Ledbetter Fair Pay Act in January 2009.
